We've taken great care in selecting safe, natural products that will (we hope) charm, surprise and delight. We love each and every one—and sincerely hope you will, too. If for any reason you aren't 100% pleased with any product you receive, you may return it within 10 days of the purchase date and we'll gladly refund the full cost of the item-no questions asked.
Please note: shipping charges cannot be refunded (unless it was our mistake). And we really don't like the word "BUT"...but we can't accept returns of custom made, personalized, or used jewelry.
For orders over 10 days we offer repair service. For health reasons earrings cannot be returned. We are not responsible for lost stones or pearls but will try to assist or repair most items.
Need extra earring backs?
Give us a call or send us an email. If you have purchased your first pair of earrings and order a second pair we will send you a set of replacement backs with our compliments. Extra backs are sold as singles and are $5.00 each should you wish to order backs alone.
Returning an item is as easy as 1, 2, 3 and 4.
- Provide just a quick note to let us know what you'd like us to do regarding your return. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email address.
- If you have a moment, please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your return. It'll help us to do better next time.
- Securely package the item(s) to be returned so it travels safely.
- To ship your return, Address those to: Please ship with tracking and insurance of a minimum of $50. *

Returns will be promptly handled upon their arrival in our location. Look for an exchange or cash refund to arrive within a few short weeks. Credit card refunds require a bit more patience—they'll appear in your next billing cycle.
Returning a Gift
If you need to return a gift, please note that we're unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a Mindy Harris Gift Certificate or exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with Mindy Harris.*Lost order or return in the mail not received. Should your order or return go missing, the shipper must file the claim of loss with their local postal station.
